120 Day Copier Printer Warranty Terms & Conditions

We offer the best copier printer warranty in Phoenix, Arizona. Our used copier printer systems come with a 120-day Copier Printer Warranty. Our 120-day copier printer warranty is on all working parts, with the exception of consumables. Our warranty for used copiers and printers is 120 days parts and labor, calculated from the day your copier printer arrives at your location. Consumables such as toner, developer, and drums are not covered under copier printer warranty.

1. Two year Major Malfunction “circuit board guarantee” is included with your used copier printer purchase. AffordableUsedCopiers.com warrantees the main unit to be free from major malfunction for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. This includes all control panels, circuit boards, including main motor, main logic, and any other boards contained within the “main” copier printer unit. Main copier printer unit does not include stapler/sorter finisher, automatic document feeder or additional paper cassette feeding units. AffordableUsedCopiers.com will replace major board components promptly but will not be responsible or liable for machine downtime. Under conditions where copier printer is deemed by AffordableUsedCopiers.com to be irreparable, AffordableUsedCopiers.com will replace the main machine with an equal or better copier at the discretion of AffordableUsedCopiers.com at no charge to customer other than delivery and/or installation/IT network services charges billed at $120 per hour.

2. 120 Days or 20,000 total meter count of copy/prints produced, whichever comes first. 100% Parts and labor Warranty for black and white and color used digital copiers and printers. AffordableUsedCopiers.com guarantees all parts within copier printer to be free from defects for a period of 120 days from date of delivery. All repairs & parts will be provided by AffordableUsedCopiers.com. Initial machine delivery/installation labor is included- including computer and network installation- up to one hour paid. Additional IT network services will be billed at $120 per hour. This warranty covers all machines sold by AffordableUsedCopiers.com unless stated otherwise on invoice. Customer will be provided with how to place an equipment service call request via website form. For the remaining period of the limited copier printer warranty, we will replace any defective part with a new or remanufactured part, if we agree that it needs to be replaced. If you purchase an additional maintenance agreement, service will be provided to you under the terms of that maintenance agreement, if your contract is with AffordableUsedCopiers.com. Please refer to that contract for details on how to obtain parts & service.

Most of our copiers and printers are used products unless otherwise stated and noted. Our copiers and printers have been diagnostically tested and certified as working. Unless otherwise stated, our products will come with online manuals, software, and driver downloads or will be made available. Power cables are included, but any necessary office networking cables or power adapters should be provided by customer at time of installation. Used items may have slight cosmetic imperfections including minor scrapes or scratches; slight casing discoloration; or dents. AffordableUsedCopiers.com cleans every item or replaces significantly scratched or discolored exteriors. All sales are considered final and are nonrefundable.

This Agreement is the only binding agreement for all products purchased by AffordableUsedCopiers.com, and any other agreement, written or spoken, is superseded by the text therein.
